Welcome to eSIMvu, a global marketplace offering prepaid eSIMs for borderless connectivity.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eSIMvu’s website, Telegram interface, and related digital services.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all services provided by eSIMvu, owned and operated by SwiftReload Inc, a company incorporated in Canada.

By using eSIMvu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Any variation is valid only if approved in writing by SwiftReload Inc.

2. Description of Services

eSIMvu distributes prepaid eSIM plans that provide mobile data, and in some cases voice and SMS functionality.

• Certain plans include a temporary or dedicated number for voice/SMS during the plan’s active period.
• Network quality, data allowance, and regional availability depend entirely on the issuing carrier.
• eSIMvu functions solely as a digital reseller and distributor, not as a telecommunications carrier.
• All plans are prepaid and non-contractual.

3. Access and Authentication

You may log in using one of the following secure methods:

• Email Login (OTP-based) — a one-time code is sent to your email; no password is stored.
• Gmail Login
• Facebook Login
• Telegram Login

Only minimal identification data (name, email, Telegram ID) is collected for authentication and order fulfilment.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your login account.

eSIMvu and SwiftReload Inc are not liable for loss of access, unauthorized use, or login disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

4. Device Compatibility

You must ensure that your device:

• Is eSIM-compatible,
• Is unlocked (not carrier-restricted), and
• Supports the bands and frequencies required by the selected plan.

Refunds will not be issued for incompatible or locked devices.

5. Purchase, Activation, and Renewal

Once purchased:

• The eSIM profile is delivered electronically (QR code or activation link).
• You are responsible for activation on your compatible device.
• Plan validity begins upon activation or first connection, depending on the provider’s policy.

For voice/SMS-enabled plans:

• A temporary number may be automatically provisioned.
• The number is active only for the plan’s validity period and cannot be reused or transferred.
• Upon expiry, the number is recycled by the carrier and permanently deactivated.

Plan Renewal / Extension

Certain eSIMvu plans can be renewed (or extended) by topping up the same amount as the original plan.

Renewal extends the existing plan’s validity period and data/voice limits on the same eSIM profile.

Renewal availability depends on carrier support and may not apply to all plans.

Each renewal is treated as a new prepaid transaction, subject to these same Terms.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

• 💳 Credit/Debit Cards and local options (via Stripe)
• 💠 Crypto Payments (via TripleA)

All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.

eSIMvu does not store card or wallet credentials.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes or processing fees appear at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds follow eSIMvu’s Refund Policy at https://esim.vu/refundpolicy

Summary:

• eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
• Refunds may be granted only if the eSIM remains unused and meets the stated criteria.
• No refunds apply to user error, incompatible devices, incorrect region selection, or expired/renewed plans.
• Numbers provisioned under voice/SMS plans are non-refundable once activated.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Manipulate or resell eSIMs or numbers without written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with platform operations.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• Coverage: Performance relies on carrier networks and roaming agreements.
• Voice/SMS: Delivery and quality depend on third-party telecom infrastructure.
• No Warranty: Services are provided “as is.”
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SwiftReload Inc and eSIMvu are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for carrier outages, device malfunctions, or plan unavailability.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected eSIM plan.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content on eSIMvu are owned by SwiftReload Inc or its licensors.

Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

eSIMvu may update these Terms at any time.

Updates will appear at https://esim.vu/terms

with a revised effective date.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
